In order to plan and prepare for running our camp, program funds are allocated and spent in anticipation of the attendance of all who enroll. This includes the ordering of materials and the hiring of staff. Therefore, we strictly adhere to our deposit/cancellation policies. DEPOSIT POLICY Payment for the first week of camp is due at the time of registration.
CANCELLATION POLICY Camp fees arenon-refundable and we do not offer refunds or prorates for absences. At our discretion, we may issue a credit for future participation in our Summer Camp, Dance or Tumbling programs.
Our camp usually fills up, so your registration may mean that we are turning others away or placing them on a waiting list. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, we will charge your card on file the entire balance owed for your pre-registered day(s) or week.
CLOSINGS We follow the Collier County SchoolClosings for Weather and Emergency related events. You will be notified by email if camp is closed. ___________________________________________________________________________
